VIDEO: Flood Displaces Traditional Ruler From Ndokwa In Delta State

The palace of a traditional ruler in Delta state, the Obi of Etua Utagba-Uno, Agbogidi Uweh Oma, has been ravaged by the flood, making the Obi to relocate to a temporary palace within the community.
