The Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi, was seen in a trending video on social media watching as his orderlies flog Civil servant who reported late to work. It was allege that the governor ordered the flogging of the civil servant, including a permanent secretary because they came late to work.
The video has since received widespread condemnations within and outside the state.
